Dr. Willer practiced Ophthalmology in Texas and Colorado before relocating to the Gorge. He has received specialized hands-on training in aesthetic medicine. Dr. Willer is the ‘vision’ behind Cascade Eye Center. Dr. Willer also serves on the Advanced Esthetician Rules Advisory Committee; The Dalles Urban Renewal Board; and The Mid-Columbia Fire & Rescue Board of Directors.
Stephanie O’Connor, NP-C

Stephanie is a is a longtime Gorge resident and has been part of our CLSC family for many years. She first worked with us as a nurse injector and since 2024 has been our assistant medical director.
She enjoys collaborating with patients and staff and works closely with our RNs to formulate an individualized treatment plan for each patient.
In her spare time she enjoys outdoor adventures, listening to and playing music, and spending time with her family including two dogs.
Mickenzie Romero – RN
Advanced Injection Specialist
Mickenzie Romero is a dedicated healthcare professional and proud native of The Dalles. A devoted wife and mother of two daughters, she brings compassion and understanding to her practice. Since joining the CLSC team in 2014 as a registered nurse, Mickenzie has demonstrated a strong commitment to patient care and is currently advancing her expertise by pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is passionate about fostering meaningful relationships with her patients and working collaboratively to restore wellness and confidence affected by biological and environmental factors.
Anna Lyons – RN

Anna began her career by earning a basic esthetics license from the Euro Institute of Skin Care in Beaverton, OR, in 2010, with a clear goal of working in a medical spa to provide safe and effective skin treatments. She joined Columbia Laser Skin Center in 2011 and gained valuable experience, which led her to obtain an advanced aesthetics license and become laser certified. With over a decade of experience under her belt, Anna pursued further education earning a nursing degree which enabled her to enhance her practice in aesthetics as a registered nurse. She specializes in injectable procedures including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and IV nutritional therapy. Additionally, Anna has extensive experience with skin resurfacing procedures, particularly enjoying skin pen microneedling, and offers a range of aesthetic laser treatments at Columbia Laser Skin Center including laser hair removal, laser vein therapy, and IPL. Alongside her career in aesthetics, Anna also works as a perioperative nurse in surgery. Outside of her career, Anna enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her spoiled cat, Theodore.
Angie Herriges – Certified Advanced Aesthetician
Born and raised in the Columbia Gorge, Angie Herriges is a Certified Advanced Aesthetician with advanced cosmetic laser training certification through the NCLC. She has been a valued member of the Columbia Laser Skin Center team since 2007.
Angie is passionate about the latest advancements in anti-aging skincare and aesthetic treatments. She enjoys working closely with each patient to define their skincare goals and create personalized treatment plans that deliver beautiful, lasting results at every age.
Angie lives in The Dalles with her husband and enjoys spending time with her two daughters and their families.
Savana Holland – Certified Advanced Aesthetician
Savana is an advanced aesthetician who is truly passionate about skincare and helping others feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. Known for creating a welcoming and personalized experience, she believes skincare is more than just treatments — it’s about self-care, confidence, and feeling your best from the inside out. With a love for educating clients and customizing each service to their unique needs, Savana offers a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments including laser services, Hydrafacials, chemical peels, microneedling, truSculpt flex, and CoolSculpting. Dedicated to delivering results-driven care, she strives to help every client look and feel their best while building genuine, lasting connections along the way.
Shawna Russell – Client Care Coordinator
For the past 18 years, I have been proud to be part of the Columbia Laser Skin Center family, helping clients look and feel their best while building meaningful relationships along the way.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy life in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge with my husband, our two grown children, and two grandchildren. I love being outdoors, especially during the summer months, and enjoy reading, volunteering, traveling, and spending quality time with friends and family.
Kara Borton – Receptionist
Honest care for others makes Kara a great addition to our team. Personal interest in aesthetics have led to her working for the beauty industry in the Gorge for several years. She values being a part of helping others feel more confident inside and outside of work. Other passions of hers include animals, music and spending time with her loved ones.

I founded Columbia Laser Skin Center in 2004 after spending 15 years as a Physician Assistant, driven by a passion for helping people look and feel their absolute best. What I love most is creating an exceptional, personalized experience where every patient feels welcomed, cared for, and confident in their journey.
Outside the office, I’m happiest spending time with my husband and our three grown children. Whether I’m on the tennis court, hiking scenic trails, biking through the Gorge, or working in my yard, I love staying active and enjoying the beauty of the outdoors.
