PRODUCT RETURNS
Columbia Laser Skin Center is committed to ensure all skin care products and cosmetics are properly sealed for safety and quality assurance. We do not refund the purchase price of returned products, although you may discuss exchanging unopened, unused products with our clinical staff within 30 days of purchase.
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY
Our schedules are heavily booked, so we make every effort to confirm your appointment via the information that you have provided us. (Telephone number, e-mail address, etc.) Our provider’s livelihood is dependent on having full schedules. As a courtesy to those patients waiting for appointments and our providers, we require notification of your need to reschedule your appointment within one full business day. All appointments are reserved with a credit card which is kept in a highly secure and encrypted method.
If the appointment is a “No Show”, or if it is rescheduled in less than 24 hours; a $75 “No Show” fee may be applied. This doesn’t not apply in cases of emergencies.
FINANCIAL POLICY
Fees for all services are paid in full at the time of service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit cards, checks, and cash. Any check returned for insufficient funds will assess a fee of $25.00. Patient financing is available through CareCredit. We do not offer any refunds on services rendered. Unused balances on treatment packages will not be refunded, however those balances can be applied to other services offered by Columbia Laser Skin Center.
Any fees discussed before a consultation are general estimates. You will be given an individualized treatment plan with fees, which are valid for a period of ninety (90) days after the consultation appointment.
Since most of our procedures are considered cosmetic and not deemed medically necessary, we do not bill insurance.

GUARANTEES
